Diablo Cobalt Urn (CM# 259082)

After creating the enormously popular Olympic Torches
for the Olympic Games in 2002, our flame series has expanded into a variety of new designs and applied techniques.

The Diablo Flame evolution is now fully matured with the Diablo Urn.

The design is a blown glass variation of the Diablo Flame. The cobalt urn incorporates a translucent blue base color with orange flames licking up inside the walls of the vase.

Additional flames are roped around the exterior of the urn creating a three dimensional flame casing in relief. The entire design is then lightly fumed with a mirror finish.

After annealing, the top of the urn is slant cut, ground and polished to a high finish.

These large, spectacular pieces have to be seen to experience the full effect of the designs impact.
